Could it be that this will be as important as color television was? Perhaps even as dramatic as flat screen displays?  Surely the iPhone trumped anything else that the big mobile phone guys we even thinking about – if you haven’t converted to an iPhone (or perhaps an Android) then you’re way behind the times – get with it.  What happened?  Is this the story of Clayton Christensen’s Innovators Dilemma?  What was RIM and Nokia and Motorola thinking, well it sure wasn’t innovation!  Perhaps RIM set the stage with Blackberry, but vision fell short. Perhaps Amazon set the stage with the Kindle, but did they just get trumped?  Question it if you will… this is significant!
